Komondor is an ancient Hungarian herding breed, also known as the Hungarian Sheepdog. It seems that over its extravagant “shaggy” appearance worked with a dozen dog hairdressers: hairstyles long hair, similar to strong spiral cords, no longer anybody!
Once the Komondor was indispensable for the shepherds, and a long coat saved the dog from the sun and from the cold, and guarded from injury in fights with wolves and bears.
Among all long-haired dogs of komogor the heaviest coat in the world: “coat” the adult dogs on average weighs 7 kg and consists of 2 thousand laces! Braids that curl naturally as a result of felting of wool, cannot comb comb can straighten/untangle hands only.
