Dog walked nearly 240 miles to return to his former home
The first owner of a shepherd dog from Wales gave it to the English farmer to graze sheep, but the dog ran away.
In the UK the dog is returned to the first host, breaking the nearly 240-mile trek
The four-year herding shepherd named Feather lived on a farm in the village Penrhyncoch, Wales. However, the owner decided to give it to another farmer, with Cockermouth, Cumbria, England to graze their sheep.
A month later the dog escaped from the pasture. He overcame 386 kilometers before returning to his former home. In a way, the dog spent 12 days. How she managed to return to Wales, is unclear.
The first owner of the Pen has promised that the shepherd will stay with him forever.
